    Returns

    • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

    • Bespoke/Custom Items: Please note that personalized or custom-made rhinestone products (including custom evening bags) are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

    Refunds

    • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

    • If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

    Shipping Costs

    • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a quality defect.

  • Shipment Processing Time

    All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

    Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

    We currently offer international shipping to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and European Union.

    • Standard International Shipping: Estimated 7-14 business days from our Hong Kong logistics hub.

    • Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

    Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

    Customs, Duties, and Taxes Zenith Hong Kong Trading is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
